If you are approved during the weekend, such as on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday, the funds should be deposited on Monday. The precise time of funding is dependent upon when your bank will post credits to your account.

How do I repay my loan?

We will send you a payment reminder via email at least one day before your loan repayment is due. Normally, the amount will be taken directly from your bank account without you having to do anything on your end.

What if I can’t repay my loan then?

You can extend or “rollover” the amount that you paid to a new repayment date. However, this will accumulate new fees. If you feel as though you won’t be able to repay your loan on the agreed-upon repayment time then you should talk to Customer Service and advise them of your situation so that other options can be explored.

What documents do I need for the application process?

You will need proof-of-income which may include a government benefits award letter or a recent bank statement that displays regular deposits. You can also use a recent paycheck stub as proof of income as well.
